These Terms and Conditions are conservative launch terms for the Harus Mart website and should be reviewed by the business or a qualified adviser before production launch.

Online orders

Customers may place orders online for local pickup from Harus Mart. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by the store.

Prices and GST

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are GST-inclusive where GST applies. WooCommerce calculates tax totals at checkout and on order records.

Payment

For the soft launch, payment is made in store when collecting the order. No online payment is collected at checkout.

Pickup

Customers should wait for order confirmation or store guidance before collecting items. Harus Mart may contact customers if an item is unavailable or needs clarification.

Product information

Product images, descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Harus Mart will correct errors where identified and may contact customers before completing an order.
