Neighbourhood volume rate
20% off ordinary A4 and A3 black-and-white or colour printing on 80gsm paper when one print-ready job includes 20 or more eligible sides. Heavy-colour printing, specialty materials, flyer production, finishing and custom preparation are excluded.
- Each printed side counts. We apply any eligible discount, then the printing minimum, then any paper upgrades.
- Standard rates cover ordinary print-ready documents such as forms, letters and reports.
- We’ll confirm your price before printing and quote any extra file preparation or trimming up front.

How to get your document printed

Prepare your file
PDF is recommended. Have your size, quantity, colour preference and deadline ready.
Bring it in
Visit the store with your file. Ask staff about an appropriate way to send it; online uploads are not available.
Confirm & collect
Confirm the print category, final price and completion time with staff before printing. Collect in store or arrange digital handover.
What to bring
- Print-ready documents: PDF recommended; JPG or PNG for images.
- Job details: size, quantity and preferred deadline.
- Creative work: your existing logos, brand material and a clear idea of what you need.
Ask staff about document suitability and exact timing. Please do not send sensitive documents through the enquiry form.
Can you print just one document?
Yes. Small jobs are welcome. The minimum printing charge is $1.50 per job, plus any paper upgrades.
Can I print from my phone?
We can help with suitable files, subject to receiving them in a workable format. PDF is recommended for documents. Ask staff how to send your file; this website does not accept uploads.
Can you print double-sided on thicker paper?
Automatic double-sided printing supports compatible paper at 64–120gsm for A4 and 64–90gsm for larger supported sizes. We check the paper and quote heavier double-sided jobs individually.
How are paper upgrades charged?
We apply any eligible discount and the printing minimum first, then add the upgrade once per sheet, even on suitable double-sided jobs. A3 160gsm depends on stock and printer suitability.
Can you print A0/A1 posters or business cards?
We do not currently offer one-piece A0 or A1 printing. Large tiled designs and specialty card-stock jobs are quoted individually only after confirming feasibility. Professional thick business card printing is not a standard offering.
Are passport or official ID photos available?
Passport and government-compliant ID photos are not a standard service. Our current inkjet printing is not suitable for Australian passport photo output.
When will I know the final price and timing?
We’ll confirm your price and collection time before we start. If your file needs converting, repairing or substantial preparation, we’ll quote that first.
